How It Works

Each group session is £25.

You can also book the full five-session package for £100, giving you complete support from pregnancy through to early parenthood.

Sessions are designed to be calm, practical and inclusive. They are intended to complement your NHS care by providing additional space to explore topics that may not always be covered in depth.

Educational sessions only: for personal medical concerns, contact your Midwife, NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
